What you will do

• Manage a senior Unity development team, conducting performance reviews and supporting career growth.
• Contribute as a senior IC by writing production-quality Unity/C# code and driving architecture decisions.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools within the team to accelerate engineering output and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and elevate overall engineering standards.
• Oversee the technical stability of a live, scaling game, balancing innovation with revenue-conscious delivery.

Requirements

• Senior expertise in Unity and C# with a proven track record of owning architecture decisions.
• Proven engineering management experience, including hiring and managing performance cycles.
• Proactive curiosity regarding AI tools and their application in software development.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to structure and execute complex technical hypotheses.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.
• English: Proficiency required for collaboration with a global team.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping and maintaining live, revenue-generating puzzle games at scale.
• Backend or server-side knowledge to enhance AI-powered automations.
