🦄 Description
Bloober Team is an established game development studio known for creating atmospheric horror experiences. The company is looking for a Senior Technical Artist for a 9-month contract to support the development of upcoming projects that continue the studio’s distinctive horror-focused direction.

You will work closely with artists and programmers to build tools, improve content creation workflows, develop procedural solutions, and ensure assets remain optimized and production-ready throughout development.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with artists and programmers across multiple disciplines
• Create tools that improve artist workflows and automate content creation processes
• Develop and maintain procedural content generation tools
• Research, develop, and maintain art production pipelines
• Support optimization efforts and ensure content remains performant and consistent
• Identify technical challenges and provide practical solutions
• Help improve workflow efficiency and production quality
• Contribute to the technical development of art systems and pipelines

📚 Required Skills
• Professional experience working with Unreal Engine 5
• Experience with HLSL
• Experience using Unreal Engine Blueprints
• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience creating tools for artists
• Experience with procedural content generation workflows
• Experience designing and maintaining production pipelines
• Strong understanding of profiling and performance optimization
• Ability to identify technical bottlenecks and performance limitations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with C++
• Experience with VEX
• Experience using Houdini
• Proficiency with Substance Designer
• Experience developing for PlayStation 5, Xbox, or Nintendo platforms
• Experience working on AAA or large-scale productions
• Knowledge of advanced procedural workflows
