Salary: £25,950 - £29,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including raising sales invoices and maintaining customer accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate aging/outstanding items to ensure timely payment.
• Review employee expense claims for accuracy and strict compliance with internal policies and VAT regulations.
• Collaborate with the Workday Product team to automate and improve Finance processes.
• Coordinate with the tax team to ensure HMRC compliance and identify retrospective VAT claim opportunities.
• Provide general finance support via JIRA, managing supplier queries and completing weekly KPIs.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced experience in accounts receivable and expenses.
• Proficiency in Workday, JIRA, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, tenacity in problem-solving, and patience with stakeholders.
• Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this role).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from one of the UK hubs (Bristol, Glasgow, or London).
