What you will do

• Develop and implement quantitative models for retail energy supply hedging strategies
• Analyze market data to optimize solar and wind farm asset performance
• Conduct statistical and scenario-based modeling for trading and risk management
• Monitor power markets, pricing trends, and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate models into decision-making

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in quantitative modeling, data analysis, or related roles in energy, trading, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization, and analysis techniques
• Experience with time series or market data, preferably in energy or commodities markets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
