What you will do

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and handle payment inquiries.
• Perform accounts payable (AP) and bank reconciliations.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and compliance requirements specifically for US entities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Mandatory experience working with ERP systems (Sage Intacct is strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of US accounting processes, payroll, and state taxes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
