• Own the frontend architecture, making foundational decisions regarding performance, scalability, and design systems.

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives in collaboration with Product, Design, and backend teams.
• Develop engineering talent through mentorship and technical leadership.
• Improve developer experience by reducing friction in testing, deployment, and development workflows.
• Drive a clear testing ethos balancing confidence and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Edinburgh or London, UK.
• Proven experience as a technical leader in frontend engineering.
