What you will do

• Own and scale ML tasks within the perception stack to improve system performance.
• Analyze real-world ML system behavior to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions.
• Monitor production systems and build AI-aided debugging and analysis tooling.
• Develop and maintain metrics for safety-critical and longtail edge cases.
• Collaborate with research teams to integrate new methods into the hirify.global Driver.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent deep learning experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to work onsite in California.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Robotics, or Computer Science.
• Experience with C++.
• Publications at top-tier conferences like CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or ICRA.
