What you will do

• Prepare and deliver reagent solutions to filling rooms, ensuring product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor chemical availability and coordinate specialized equipment for media preparation.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and legible records according to SOPs.
• Sterilize and clean laboratory equipment, performing pre-inspections and calibration checks.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Engineering to resolve product issues and validate new chemical vendors.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.
