What you will do
- Maintain and update comprehensive local guides for the community.
- Build and manage a trusted network of local providers and partners.
- Support the community through the implementation of scalable solutions.
- Organize local events and initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- Coordinate general community activities and communications.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Georgia; experience living in Georgia and/or Armenia is required.
- Russian: C1+ proficiency required.
- English: B2+ proficiency required.
- Strong communication, people coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to independently research, structure, and verify local information.
- Proven organizational skills and comfort coordinating with various stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Georgian language skills.
- Knowledge of local taxation, legalization, and residence permit processes.
- Previous experience in community management, people operations, or hospitality.
- Experience working with digital nomad or expat communities.
