What you will do
- Operate and improve AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters supporting 150+ developers and 15,000+ daily users.
- Manage infrastructure as code and GitOps delivery through Terraform, Terramate, Helm, Atlantis, and Argo CD.
- Maintain platform security through patching, vulnerability remediation, base image updates, and closing security findings.
- Participate in a business-hours SRE on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and follow-up improvements.
- Handle developer-team requests, identify recurring needs, and automate solutions where possible.
- Contribute over time to multi-region architecture, self-service platform capabilities, and AI-assisted operations.
Requirements
- Approximately 2β5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on experience running workloads on AWS and basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Basic infrastructure-as-code knowledge, ideally with Terraform.
- Comfort working with Git, Linux, and Windows.
- Clear written communication for tickets, pull requests, and documentation.
- Curiosity, self-direction, collaboration, and willingness to ask for help and learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with EKS, Karpenter, Argo CD, Atlantis, or Terramate.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Sumo Logic.
- Scripting experience in Python or Go.
- Security, compliance, vulnerability management, CIS benchmarks, or certification-program experience.
- Experience with multi-region or multi-account AWS architecture.
