Trainee Site Engineer (Infrastructure)

Location: Predominantly site-based across England, Wales, or Scotland. Flexibility to travel and be away from home for periods of time is required.

What you will do

• Learn site engineering and oversee site management coordination of foremen, linesmen, and sub-contractors.
• Manage the People to Work process, including onboarding and site inductions.
• Maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders, and negotiate minor changes with sponsors or customers.
• Report progress regularly, solve problems, and draft project documents.
• Use tools to monitor project plans, hours, budgets, and spending.
• Communicate project information to the wider team and clients.

Requirements

• GCSE/A Level/T Level in a practical subject along with functional Maths and English.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience or awareness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly across England, Wales, or Scotland.
