Location: Must be based in Santiago, Chile (Onsite)

Salary: CLP 1,513,204 per month

What you will do

  • Provide friendly and accurate support to customers via live chat and email.
  • Solve customer queries and collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Share interaction insights to help improve the overall customer journey.
  • Apply internal routines and quality standards, including responsible gaming and data handling.
  • Translate website texts and newsletters as required.
  • Support the Services Department and help mentor or train new team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
  • Fluent communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule (8–10 hour shifts between 12 PM and 4 AM), including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with computers and efficient troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented organization and ability to stay calm under pressure.
