What you will do
- Own and execute the SEO strategy for the Italian market across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and prioritize improvements to website health and performance.
- Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO into product and marketing initiatives.
- Create data-driven content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
- Monitor performance with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog; test hypotheses to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
- Native or C2-level Italian is required.
