What you will do

• Own and execute the SEO & AI growth strategy for Italy, covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives.
• Partner with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO across all product developments.
• Create high-impact content briefs designed to match user intent and drive conversions.
• Track and optimize performance using GSC, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Contribute to global SEO initiatives and share local market insights with the international team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a SaaS or agency environment.
• Italian: C2 level (must-have).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and web analytics.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
