What you will do

• Deliver Aruba/HPE campus networking solutions focusing on Route/Switch/Wireless and User-Based Tunneling (UBT) architectures.
• Design and implement wired and wireless network solutions and secure access frameworks leveraging Aruba ClearPass.
• Execute hands-on deployment of UBT 1.0 and 2.0, including policy design, enforcement, and tunnel configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and authentication flows.
• Act as a primary technical advisor for clients, providing training and knowledge transfer post-implementation.
• Mentor peers and stay updated on market trends and vendor roadmaps to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of technical delivery experience and enterprise architecture.
• Expert-level experience with Aruba CX switching, campus LAN architectures, and Aruba wireless (Mobility Controllers, Central).
• Hands-on experience with User-Based Tunneling (UBT) 1.0 and 2.0 is required.
• Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking, including VLANs, routing protocols, and segmentation.
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass, 802.1X, NAC, and identity-based access controls.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• HPE/Aruba Certified Expert Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco wireless products.
• Certifications such as CCIE R/S, ACMX, ACDX, CCNP Security, or Palo Alto PCSNE.
