What you will do

• Provide strategic OneFREM business partnering to support key stakeholders and ensure value-adding solutions.
• Strengthen integration of external strategic partners to achieve IFS service outcomes and OneFREM strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting between Workplace/Real Estate, Site Sustainability, and IFS.
• Manage IFS-related projects delivered by external partners, from initial scoping to execution.
• Oversee IFS budgets and costs within the EMEA and South Europe regions, ensuring alignment with forecasting.
• Drive sustainable cost-saving initiatives and innovative quality improvements in cooperation with external collaborators.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of broad Facility Management experience across multiple countries or global support functions.
• Proven leadership and Business Partner experience with a history of executive stakeholder communication.
• Experience in change management specifically focused on implementing FM service excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and financial understanding of OPEX/CAPEX portfolio structures in an FM context.
• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related business field.
• English: C1+ level (excellent written and verbal command) is required.
• Location: Must be based in Modena, Italy, or within reasonable commuting distance.
