TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Antwerp, Belgium (2-3 days per week on-site, non-negotiable). EU work authorization required.

What you will do

  • Develop and ship real products for high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work across various stacks including React, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin, choosing the right tool for the problem.
  • Integrate and leverage AI tooling in the daily engineering workflow to increase delivery speed and quality.
  • Collaborate in small, fluid teams where project success takes priority over strict role definitions.
  • Participate in a culture of direct, candid feedback to maintain high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of measurable impact on products and teams.
  • Strong command of at least one: React, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Active, daily use of AI tooling in your engineering workflow.
  • Agency or consulting experience with a proven ability to handle shifting priorities and multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in Antwerp, 2-3 days per week on-site.
  • Valid EU work authorization (no visa sponsorship or relocation support provided).
