TL;DR
Engineer (AI) (React/React Native/Swift/Kotlin): Building and delivering client products in smaller cross-functional teams with an accent on measurable engineering impact, AI-led delivery, and selecting the right technology for each problem. Focus on solving complex delivery challenges across multiple projects, collaborating directly with clients, and improving how products and teams work.
Location: Antwerp, Belgium; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week on-site required. EU work authorization required; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.

What you will do
- Build and deliver digital products for clients across multiple projects.
- Contribute across React, React Native, native Apple development with Swift, and native Android development with Kotlin.
- Use AI tooling daily in the engineering workflow and help shape AI-led delivery practices.
- Work in smaller teams, taking responsibility for whatever is needed to make projects successful.
- Influence what is shipped, how it is delivered, and how colleagues work.
- Collaborate with clients while managing shifting priorities and high-stakes delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with measurable impact on products and teams.
- Strong command of at least one of React, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin, with credibility across additional stacks.
- Active daily use of AI tooling in engineering and a clear perspective on its direction.
- Agency or consulting experience, including client delivery and managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
- EU work authorization and availability to work hybrid in Antwerp 2–3 days per week are required.
