What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle, including technical spec validation, change orders, and disconnections.
• Provision telecom services by placing orders via multiple Carrier systems.
• Coordinate new service delivery, track milestone dates, and resolve complex order issues.
• Collaborate daily with Project Coordinators and conduct weekly conference calls with Carriers.
• Issue orders for various bandwidth types including Broadband, T1, EOC, FastE, and GigE.
• Act as the first point of contact for provisioning issues and manage escalations to meet SLAs.

Requirements

• Working understanding of telecommunications services and concepts such as POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, and SIP.
• Proficiency in business applications software, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with peers, customers, and management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends if required.
• Capability to handle high work volumes in a fast-paced, stressful office environment.
