TL;DR

Fullstack QA Engineer (Web3): Designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for backend APIs and microservices with an accent on Python-based automation, database validation, and CI/CD integration. Focus on ensuring high security and reliability for cryptocurrency hardware wallet solutions, optimizing testing workflows with AI tools, and mentoring team members.

Location: Remote (Global, excluding Russia and Belarus). Schedule must be aligned with GMT+3.

What you will do

  • Perform in-depth manual and automated testing of backend APIs and database integrations.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts from scratch using Python, Pytest, and Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Validate requirements and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Mentor and onboard QA Engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Optimize routine testing workflows and documentation processes using AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall QA experience with a strong background in manual backend testing.
  • Solid hands-on experience in test automation using Python.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API testing (HTTP/WS), and message brokers like Kafka.
  • Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and monitoring systems like Grafana.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
  • Proficiency with LLMs to accelerate test documentation and process optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech or cryptocurrency products.
  • Experience with Load Testing.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI tools in daily tasks.
