About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to drive and scale our affiliate program across multiple markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate strategies, leading a team of Affiliate Managers, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable growth through high-quality traffic acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the affiliate strategy across target markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers (hiring, onboarding, performance management).
  • Scale partner acquisition by sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
  • Oversee key affiliate accounts and support the team in managing top-tier partners.
  • Analyze partner performance using Power BI or similar tools, identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
  • Define and improve commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed Fee).
  • Ensure traffic quality and compliance with partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Content, and Design teams.
  • Build and expand a strong network of affiliates and strategic partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Lead, or Senior Affiliate role.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience working with affiliate programs in one or more of the following regions: CIS, Europe, Africa, or Asia.
  • Proven experience managing and developing affiliate teams.
  • Strong network of affiliate partners and media buyers.
  • Experience with platforms and tools such as BetB2B, Slack, Jira, Power BI, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics, including CR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, and FTD.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating high-value commercial deals.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
