About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to drive and scale affiliate operations across African markets.

You will be responsible for developing regional strategy, managing affiliate partnerships, leading a team of Affiliate Managers, and driving sustainable growth through high-quality traffic and strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate strategy across African markets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Affiliate Managers
• Source, negotiate, and close high-value affiliate deals
• Manage and support top-tier affiliate partners
• Analyze partner performance and optimize results
• Monitor traffic quality and affiliate compliance
• Work closely with marketing, product, content, and design teams
• Expand affiliate network and identify new GEO opportunities within Africa

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
• At least 1 year in a Lead / Senior position
• Strong hands-on experience in African markets — mandatory
• Existing affiliate network in Africa
• Deep understanding of affiliate metrics: FTD, NGR, LTV, ARPU, CR
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Languages

• Russian — mandatory
• English — mandatory

• Experience in iGaming / betting industry
