🚀 Head of Affiliates (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our global affiliate function.

📌 Requirements:
• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• 2+ years in a Head / Director-level role
• Mandatory experience with CIS, Europe, Africa, or Asia markets
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing affiliate teams
• Strong network of affiliate partners
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models, as well as key metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, ARPU)

📌 Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the overall affiliate strategy
• Lead and develop Affiliate Team Leads and Managers
• Drive growth across key markets and identify new GEO opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships and negotiate high-value deals
• Own affiliate performance, budgets, and revenue targets
• Ensure traffic quality and optimize the partner portfolio
