What you will do

• Engage with business product owners to drive customer service and product initiatives.
• Lead technical delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to design requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and engineering teams to discuss architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain best practices and patterns for Life/Asia Admin System architecture.
• Support and guide junior team members in technical solutions and project execution.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or financial industry.
• Expertise in core policy administration systems, specifically Life/Asia or Life/400.
• Strong design and programming skills in COBOL/400, SMART/400 COBOL, AS/400 Control Language (CL), and SQL.
• Experience integrating core applications with Sales Portals, Workflow, and underwriting engines.
• Proven experience in omnichannel integration and environment management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with cross-functional teams.
