What you will do

• Coordinate and manage requirements and designs for implementing Optim solutions within project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Optim jobs, specifically focusing on subsetting and data masking.
• Automate the analysis of physical data model relationships and field location for masking using Discovery.
• Build and manage "Gold Copy" test data and implement scheduled refresh jobs for test environments.
• Define code migration and management processes for developed Optim code.
• Mentor and train other resources on Optim functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing Optim subsetting jobs and data masking rules.
• Strong expertise in RDBMS, particularly DB2, IMS, and SQL Server, with advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency with the Optim suite (Designer, Scheduler, Manager, Connect), IBM Classic Data Architect, and IBM Data Studio.
• Background in mainframe and distributed systems development.
• Ability to read and modify complex physical data models.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Topeka, KS.
