What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with product and development teams for implementation.
• Build and manage a structured content production process, including hiring and managing copywriters and creating briefs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses to increase organic traffic.
• Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with international SEO projects across CIS, EU, US, and LATAM markets.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or iGaming projects.
