What you will do

• Adapt LLMs to healthcare use-cases using SFT, PEFT, DPO, and PPO.
• Optimize LLMs for RAG to improve decision-making and information retrieval.

• Convert models into production-ready formats for real-world application.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and building production-grade deep learning solutions.
• Academic degree in computer science or data science (M.Sc. or Ph.D. strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in model tuning frameworks like Axolotl.
• Proficiency with model serving frameworks such as vLLM, TGI, and llama-cpp.
• Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of model quantization techniques for resource-constrained environments.
