What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in production and non-production systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Develop and improve observability systems using metrics and logs.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes to reduce manual work.
• Partner with development and QA teams to improve service reliability and deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• English: B1 or higher required
• Strong SQL skills, specifically T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and migrations.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting (Bash/PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and networking concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Ansible or other IaC tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
