What you will do

• Collaborate with art and design teams to iterate on gameplay features within Unreal Engine 5.
• Implement core game functionality including AI, physics, character control, and inventory systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in networking, rendering, and gameplay logic.
• Write robust, data-driven, and maintainable code for long-term production use.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute ideas to all aspects of game production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required
• 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 5 in production, academic, or personal projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ and UE Blueprints.
• Strong mathematical skills including vector math, matrices, and trigonometry.
• Experience with source control and software development debugging tools.

Nice to have

• Professional programming experience in the game industry.
• In-depth experience with GAS (Gameplay Ability System), actor components, and replication.
