Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico)

Salary: 32,000 – 35,000 MXN gross per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with art leadership to develop artistically consistent and captivating game worlds.
• Model, texture, and integrate in-game environments based on concepts, 3D mock-ups, and art direction.
• Build and maintain modular environment kits, including materials and trim sheets.
• Contribute to the project’s organization and optimization of data and production pipelines.
• Track and fix bugs during production and post-production phases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico to be eligible for full employment benefits.
• 5+ years of experience in video game production with a track record of shipped projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-time environments, hero assets, or modular kits (mandatory submission).
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling, sculpting, and texturing software.
• Technical proficiency in game environment art workflows (topology, UVs, and optimized meshes).
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
