What you will do

• Host engaging virtual volunteering, team building, and wellness activities for corporate partners via Zoom.
• Welcome and inspire participants while supporting nonprofit partners during live sessions.
• Manage Zoom administrative tasks including breakout rooms, waiting rooms, and chat moderation.
• Ensure a smooth event experience by troubleshooting technical issues and assisting the event lead.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English is required.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or professional public speaking.
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
• Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
