Location: Remote (EU/UK), within ±2h CET; hybrid setup with in-person meetings in Paris six times a year.

Salary: Day rate €350 - €550

What you will do

• Design high-visibility assets for product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Create marketing and content assets, including paid ads, social visuals, YouTube thumbnails, and landing page visuals.
• Build and evolve a scalable brand system with reusable Figma templates, components, and motion guidance.
• Develop campaign concepts and creative directions linked to acquisition, conversion, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Content teams to increase asset reuse and consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and creative execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand design, preferably at top-tier startups or studios.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high visual taste and expertise in brand systems.
• Ability to connect creative decisions to marketing performance and campaign goals.
• Location: Must be based in the EU or UK within ±2h CET.
• English: Mandatory.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into the creative process.
