What you will do

• Manage commercial operations for System Enhancement products, including demand creation, quotation, PO booking, and delivery monitoring.
• Support Account Managers in managing CRD and PO timing to meet corporate revenue targets.
• Collaborate with HQ central planning, Finance, and CSCM teams to ensure accurate demand planning and timely revenue recognition.
• Assist the Service Business Manager in preparing SLAs and managing annual service contracts for out-of-warranty systems.
• Oversee customer credit usage, handle quarterly payment operations, and publish relocation status reports.
• Maintain customer training plans and coordinate with local training centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or related fields (new entries are also welcome).
• Proficiency in using sales-related systems such as ERP.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Legally authorized to access US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) controlled technology.
