What you will do

• Design and develop global communication strategies for schools and a wide range of stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of communication plans regarding teaching, learning, and assessment updates.
• Establish global standards and guidelines to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate messaging.
• Lead and mentor the Stakeholder Communications team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage crisis communications in collaboration with the Head of External Communications.
• Curate powerful stories and content to enhance the hirify.global's global reputation and nurture communities.

Requirements

• Degree qualified (Master’s qualification preferred).
• Experience in communications leadership within complex, global, or multi-regional organizations.
• Proven track record in defining and implementing communications strategies and operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cardiff or The Hague.
• Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and Spanish.
• Experience enhancing communications effectiveness through AI.
