Onboarding Specialist / KYC Officer (Fintech)

Inwizo is an innovative, international payment provider licensed by the FCA (UK Financial Conduct Authority). They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist / KYC Officer to join their Compliance Department. The key responsibilities include managing the onboarding of new clients, conducting KYC/AML checks, reviewing identification documents, collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams, and maintaining accurate client records. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in KYC/onboarding/compliance within fintech or financial services, a solid understanding of UK/EU AML regulations, and experience working with corporate clients, including iGaming companies. The candidate should be a native Russian speaker with English proficiency at B2 level or higher, and possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
