What you will do

• Direct 24/7 global NOC teams to manage incident response and ensure service uptime.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to track system health.

• Oversee critical incident management and conduct post-mortem root cause analysis.
• Mentor and develop NOC engineers and SREs to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams in NOC, SRE, or infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Datadog and CI/CD tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
