Location: Beirut, Lebanon (Hybrid: approximately 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Activate and optimize performance campaigns ensuring frequent reporting according to best practices.
• Leverage data analysis to gain actionable insights and enhance client strategies.
• Build and scale campaigns using Google Ads Editor and Google Keyword Planner.
• Develop and implement A/B tests to foster a continuous test-and-learn approach.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and digital marketing developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on optimizing for sales/revenue KPIs.
• Expertise in Google Ads, including Search campaigns, keyword strategy, bidding, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking tech stack, and measurement.
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon to support the hybrid office requirement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with GA4 and campaign measurement principles.
