Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI-driven identity verification and fraud): Monitoring fraud ecosystems, dark web marketplaces, and production traffic to identify forgery techniques, document fraud trends, biometric attacks, and emerging attack types with an accent on open web intelligence, SQL analysis, and structured threat research. Focus on producing actionable intelligence, sourcing forged artifacts, maintaining threat actor knowledge bases, and translating findings into prioritized Red Team scenarios.

What you will do
- Continuously monitor fraud ecosystems and dark web marketplaces for forgery techniques, document fraud trends, and biometric attacks, including presentation attacks, injection attacks, and deepfakes.
- Analyze fraud patterns in production traffic to identify emerging attack types, frequency trends, and gaps in detection coverage.
- Source forged sample artifacts for the Red Team repository.
- Produce threat intelligence reports and alerts for Product, Blue Team, and Legal stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured knowledge base of threat actors, tools, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Translate intelligence findings into prioritized test scenarios and capability gaps for the Red Team backlog.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with Open Web Intelligence methodology and tooling, including source identification, verification, and pivoting across the open and deep web.
- 2–4 years of experience working with SQL to query and analyze fraud patterns in real customer traffic.
- Strong analytical writing skills for briefs, reports, and intelligence summaries aimed at mixed audiences.
- Technical literacy and the ability to understand technical descriptions of attack methods without implementing them.
- Research discipline and critical thinking, including structured methodology, source citation, and source credibility assessment.
Nice to have
- Experience with dark web research, including access practices, marketplace navigation, and forum research.
- Familiarity with fraud and forgery tools and the broader fraud ecosystem.
- Background in intelligence, cybersecurity research, or financial crime.
