What you will do

• Perform terrestrial 3D laser scanning in diverse field environments including offices, utility spaces, and exterior sites.
• Support point cloud registration and processing using Leica Cyclone and NavVis Ivion.
• Execute control, topographic, and existing-conditions surveys following established field procedures.
• Coordinate field activities with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and schedule alignment.
• Maintain scanning and survey equipment while adhering to strict safety practices.
• Prepare scan data for integration into design platforms and documentation workflows.

Requirements

• Associate degree (or in-progress) in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training.
• Must be able to travel for several days at a time as required by project needs.
• Demonstrated interest in laser scanning, reality capture, or BIM workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in organizing and transferring large datasets.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Leica Cyclone, NavVis Ivion, Revit, or AutoCAD.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Industry training from manufacturers such as Leica, NavVis, or Trimble.
