What you will do

• Design AI agents to navigate the digital world and execute complex units of work for users.
• Train action and decision models based on multimodal states to achieve user-specified objectives.
• Develop secure-by-design agentic capabilities, including permission architectures and payload classifiers.
• Create flexible abstractions to ensure excellent experiences across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments.
• Scale cutting-edge AI capabilities and infrastructure for a rapidly growing user base.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs to integrate core functionality into agentic products.

Requirements

• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Significant experience in at least one area: context engineering, post-training/RL (multimodal), or browser technologies (CDP, Playwright, extensions).
• Strong product intuition and a high bar for user experience excellence.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust.
