Growth Engineer (AdTech)

Location: Fully remote from the EU or North America. Flexible hours with some overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) required.

What you will do

• Design and maintain A/B testing infrastructure for the company website and mobile app.
• Build data pipelines to capture user behavior and surface experiment results clearly and quickly.
• Implement test variants ranging from copy tweaks to new onboarding flows and feature experiments.
• Define success metrics and measure the true impact of each change.
• Proactively generate and prioritize growth hypotheses based on data and user behavior.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Experience building or working with A/B testing frameworks and analytics pipelines.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to design clean experiments and avoid common pitfalls.
• Strong product intuition to generate ideas that improve activation, retention, or conversion.
• Bias toward action and ownership.
• Familiarity with growth practices at consumer tech companies.

Nice to have

• Experience as the first or only growth engineer at a startup.
• Background in growth, lifecycle, or product analytics roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or LaunchDarkly.
