What you will do

• Develop and implement DSP algorithms for RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Prototype algorithms using MATLAB or similar languages.
• Validate algorithms through hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit-true modeling.
• Implement designs in hardware using FPGA or ASIC with Verilog or VHDL.
• Lead project design phases, including system architecture, trade studies, and lab verification.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to DSP engineers and implementation teams.

Requirements

• BSEE required (MSEE preferred) with at least 10 years of experience.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Thorough knowledge of DSP concepts, RF communications, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Proven experience in FPGA or ASIC implementation using Verilog or VHDL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for design team and customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience in image processing, Software Defined Radio, channelization, array processing, or radar.
• Knowledge of AI Engines.
• Active TS security clearance.
