What you will do

• Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creatives, bids, and placements.
• Partner with senior media buyers to launch and scale new and existing campaigns.
• Facilitate creative testing through copy iterations and image/video swaps.
• Conduct competitor research and performance audits to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain campaign documentation and performance trackers to ensure team throughput.

Requirements

• 3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance-driven results.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, or Outbrain.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Proven ability to optimize campaign performance using data and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform occasional campaign monitoring after hours or on weekends.
• Passion for performance marketing, specifically within the Finance and Money Management vertical.
