What you will do

• Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Trust&Safety to solve meaningful user problems.
• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and roadmap discussions.
• Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android with attention to usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Use analytics, feedback, and competitive insights to formulate and validate design decisions.
• Evolve and maintain the company's design system to ensure consistency across the product.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience designing digital products, specifically consumer mobile applications.
• Proven ability to own projects from problem definition through launch.
• Strong visual design skills combined with solid product thinking.
• Proficiency in using data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be available for a hybrid work model with 2 days of office attendance per month in Paris.

• Experience with social discovery, community, gaming, or consumer subscription products.
