What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.
• Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Integrate and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to create cloud-native, production-ready AI solutions.
• Run experiments and leverage novel algorithms to maximize performance and business outcomes.
• Ensure the adoption of ethical and responsible AI practices across all developed solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures.
• Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS Bedrock.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases, and large-scale search systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, llama-index, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and observability.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily research and workflow automation.
