What you will do
- Manage and mentor a global team of security professionals focusing on identity and data security domains.
- Define and execute the company’s data classification and protection strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee implementation and improvement of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to detect potential data leakage vectors and implement risk-reduction controls.
- Provide leadership in identity management and governance over privileged and business-critical access.
- Partner with Corporate Systems and engineering teams to embed secure-by-design principles into technology transformations.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on data security, governance, cloud security, or IAM.
- Strong knowledge of data classification models and data lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with DSPM concepts and tooling.
- Deep understanding of identity governance and internal access control mechanisms.
- Proven experience leading teams or security programs.
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with DSPM platforms, DLP technologies, or data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC.
- Background in internal advisory, architecture reviews, or technical project leadership.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
