What you will do

• Manage and mentor a global team of security professionals focusing on identity and data security domains.
• Define and execute the company’s data classification and protection strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation and improvement of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities.
• Drive initiatives to detect potential data leakage vectors and implement risk-reduction controls.
• Provide leadership in identity management and governance over privileged and business-critical access.
• Partner with Corporate Systems and engineering teams to embed secure-by-design principles into technology transformations.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on data security, governance, cloud security, or IAM.
• Strong knowledge of data classification models and data lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with DSPM concepts and tooling.
• Deep understanding of identity governance and internal access control mechanisms.
• Proven experience leading teams or security programs.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with DSPM platforms, DLP technologies, or data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC.
• Background in internal advisory, architecture reviews, or technical project leadership.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
