What you will do

• Identify and prioritize user needs and sources of value through feedback collection and investigation.
• Lead hypothesis generation and validate detailed solutions incorporating cross-functional input.
• Plan and manage software development for product solutions in partnership with Engineering and Design.
• Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap of initiatives for your innovation area.
• Communicate insights and updates to senior leadership and monitor KPIs to ensure demonstrable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-time work experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive mindset with a proven record of driving practical innovation.
• Strong empathy and curiosity to deeply understand user needs.
• Proven project management skills with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
