• Build and ship full-stack AI-powered products and systems.
• Develop simulation platforms to test AI agents in real-world scenarios.
• Create intuitive no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
• Adapt traditional software development methodologies for AI agents’ unique behaviors.
• Accelerate generative agent creation using advanced AI tools.
• Lead technical projects or teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in San Francisco, CA, United States.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Experience with Go and Typescript.
• Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
• Passion for AI products and alignment with company values.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Sharp eye for design.
