TL;DR

Group Product Manager (Core Data Platform): Leading the strategy and roadmap for the hirify.global's enterprise data platform to modernise real-time data ingestion and processing with an accent on scalability, reliability, and data governance. Focus on translating organisational needs into product outcomes for analytics, personalisation, and experimentation.

Location: Hybrid (London, Salford, or Newcastle). Must be able to attend one of these hubs on a hybrid basis.

Salary: Up to £100,000

What you will do

  • Define and deliver the overarching vision and roadmap for the hirify.global’s Enterprise Data Platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
  • Translate organisational requirements into clear product outcomes for analytics, personalisation, and data transformation.
  • Drive the adoption and usability of the platform across all internal hirify.global teams.
  • Ensure the platform strictly adheres to data quality, governance, and security standards.
  • Integrate external industry insights and best practices into the long-term data platform strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven product management expertise with a track record in strategy and execution across multiple squads.
  • Experience line-managing product managers or extensive experience coaching PM craft.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technical products within data or platform environments.
  • Strong technical literacy in modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and streaming data pipelines.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills and the ability to craft compelling product narratives.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from London, Salford, or Newcastle.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of prioritisation frameworks such as Kano, ICE, or Impact vs Effort.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance within complex organisational settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative product development.
