What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor to customers deploying products and workflows using Claude.
• Partner with account executives to architect technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Guide architecture decisions and help customers build LLM products via API.
• Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for customer deployment.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and conduct code reviews with customer engineering teams.
• Contribute insights on common design patterns back to internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Software Engineer.
• Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering and agent development.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in LLM implementation, evaluation, agent, and retrieval frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office (hybrid policy).
