What you will do

• Maintain and evolve video solutions to enhance customer experience and meet global market expectations.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems.
• Partner with Product and Business leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
• Mentor engineers and drive coding standards and security practices across the company.
• Optimize system performance and scalability of core platform offerings.

Requirements

• Advanced API development experience with Kotlin, Java, or similar.
• Proficiency in Springboot and UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• English: Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Londrina, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of holistic quality assurance (End-to-End, Performance testing).
• Experience with non-relational databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis).
