What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using a Go-based framework.
• Extend internal test automation and automate load testing and validation pipelines.
• Take ownership of the Go SDK, including its test suites, load-testing frameworks, and developer tooling.
• Build automation tooling for backend developers, managers, and QA teams.
• Convert manual and ad-hoc QA work into automated, CI/CD-integrated coverage.
• Solve complex engineering problems and perform deep root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Golang experience writing clean, maintainable, and idiomatic code.
• Strong mastery of Go concurrency, including goroutines, channels, and synchronization primitives.
• Experience with gRPC (streaming RPCs) and networking fundamentals (TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, TLS).
• Expertise in testing practices, including table-driven tests, race detector, and fuzzing.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning using pprof, benchmarks, and execution tracer.
• Must be based in Europe

Nice to have

• Experience designing and maintaining public SDKs, Go modules, and semantic versioning.
• Experience with audio stream processing.
• Familiarity with SIP and telephony systems.
